Who is Phil Burns
My name is Phil Burns, and my mission is to help small and medium‑sized businesses build simple, practical, no‑nonsense safety systems that genuinely work on the ground.
I started out as a Blacksmith and later moved into offshore welding and fabrication. That hands‑on background shaped the way I approach safety today, practical, clear, and rooted in real‑world work.
After a decade on the tools, I moved into QHSE, supporting major projects across Africa, Eurasia, South America, Scandinavia, and Malaysia.
I hold various NEBOSH diplomas and certifications, which strengthen my experience with solid professional accreditation and ensure the support I provide meets recognised safety standards.
I now help businesses who want:
